Packers first drive
The Packers won the toss and elected to receive; Bland picked up an illegal contact penalty on the second play to negate a sack and give GB a first down. Two plays later, Jordan Love, cool in the pocket, fires one out to Doubs for 22 22-yard gain. Two plays later, Jones picks up a modest gain for another first. Later in the drive, Jones breaks off another big first-down run. Two plays later, Musgrave picks up a first down. The Packers cap off the opening drive with a Jones touchdown on a read option
Cowboys first drive
Dallas gets a first on third down. It's probably a missed hold on the Dallas left tackle, but it's moot as Dallas punts.
Packers second drive
They start off with a deep attempt, but it is broken up. On third down, Love throws a seed to Doubs for a first down. The Packers end up having to punt.

Jones takes a screen pass for a first down. The next play is a solid run called back by a hold. Doubs gets it down to the one before Jones takes it in for his second touchdown in the game.
Cowboys third drive
Pollard gets a first-down run on the first play. Cowboys are able to progressively work it downfield thanks to a good catch by Lamb and an incredible catch by Ferguson, but Prescott is sacked on third down to force a punt.
Packers fourth drive
On third down, Love throws a dart to Kraft for a first down. The next play is a big play to Romeo again. Later in the drive, Musgrave gets his toes in on a third down for another first. The Packers cap off the drive with a seed to Wicks for 6. Carlson misses the extra point
Dallas fourth, fifth, and sixth drives drives
Dallas starts showing signs of life for the first time all game before Darnell Savage makes a house call. Turpin responds with a big return. The drive gets some help, thanks to a lousy horse collar tackle call. Thanks to some soft defense, Dallas is able to work it downfield and ends up capping the half with a touchdown. The first play of the second half is a first down catch for Lamb. The Packers gift the Cowboys a first down, thanks to a facemask on Clark. Dallas continues to move it to just outside the GB red zone. Packers defense is thankfully able to hold them to a field goal.
Packers fifth drive
A couple of runs to get a first down to start the drive. Then, a bomb to Romeo to get them into the red zone. Aaron Jones caps off the drive with his third touchdown.
Cowboys seventh drive
McDuffie gets hurt before a 42-yard gain for Dallas. Jaire gets hurt on the next play and seemingly re-injures his ankle. On the next play, the Cowboys pick up the first down. Cowboys continue to work it downfield bit by bit before working it into a first and goal inside the five before Pollard takes it in for six. Dallas picks up two, but it is wiped out by an OPI, so they end up attempting a PAT, which they miss.
Packers sixth drive
Jones starts it off with a first down run, then follows it up with a 27-yard run. Love finds a wide-open Musgrave to cap off the drive with six.

Packers ninth drive
Starters back in, three and out; for some reason, the Packers decide to throw it
Garbage time
The rest of the game is played in garbage time. Green Bay forces a turnover on downs to end it.
Game balls
My first game ball goes to Aaron Jones. In this game, he continues his dominance against Dallas with three touchdowns; he now has nine in his career against Dallas.
My second game ball goes to Romeo Doubs for a guy who has been relatively MIA and I myself wondering if he is the odd one out. This was an excellent game for Romeo.
My third game ball goes to Matt LaFleur for his terrific game plan and play-calling
Hard hats
My offensive hard hat goes to Jordan Love. I could've given him a game ball, but I wanted to shout out LaFleur. Nearly had a perfect passer rating and probably should have had one, but continues to be Mr. Cool in the pocket.
My defensive hard hat goes to Darnell Savage, the only Packers defender that PFF graded over 90 (which is surprising), and obviously had the pick-six.
